RUNNING GROUPS

Overview
A middle-distance runner himself, our Founder is particularly passionate about running, and in particular, passionate about good running. TDY conducts specialist running sessions for both individuals and groups, focusing on your specific requirements, be it technique, fitness, speed, endurance or all of the above!  TDY caters for one-on-one running sessions as well as small to large groups. 

Individuals
Our individual running sessions are technique specific and take into account your immediate, mid-term and ultimate goals.  Depending on your specific requirements, these sessions include strength training, gait analysis (video analysis available), correctional work and endurance training. 

Groups
TDY offers group running sessions for groups of 2-4 members and 5+ members. Our small running groups (up to 4 people) focus on improving technique to minimise injury risk while achieving improving fitness and strength. Our larger group (5 or more) is focused on improving overall fitness and speed in a competitive environment.
