TDY postnatal training provides individual and small group (2-4 people) functional exercise sessions. These sessions focus on re-aligning your body, improving functional core strength to assist with your new baby duties, losing weight safely, overall body toning and much more. These sessions can also be designed to incorporate general strength and cardiovascular fitness training.
