Instead of you having to explain your injuries and other requirements to a masseur, we have your personal trainer communicate directly with your masseur so they know what you need worked on, and vice-versa, if your masseur finds you need to work more on a particular component of your body they will discuss this with your personal trainer for you. We have found this approach greatly benefits our clients.
