Yes we can accommodate varying levels of fitness within your group. We may advise some team members to undergo individual training sessions with one of our training specialists in addition to their group sessions, to assist them in improving.
This depends on many factors, such as which event, how competitive your team wants to be, initial fitness levels, etc. Your TDY rep will go through all relevant factors with your group in our initial meeting with you. It is always a good idea to get in touch with us earlier rather than later, so we have time to effectively evaluate these areas.
