Bonus Dollars can be earnt in many ways. You can earn them by simply using any TDYpersonal service, by referring a friend, family member, colleague or someone else you know, or by participating in TDY’s regular special events and exclusive offers.
MyHealth Bonus Dollars are for use on all TDYpersonal services including TDY Gift Certificates. MyHealth Bonus Dollars will be credited to your account at the end of each quarter and will appear on March, June, September and December invoices. MyHealth Bonus Dollars can be redeemed at anytime simply by contacting TDY.
Complimentary Gift Certificates are not for use on your account and must be used by someone else in order to be validated. Gift Certificates will be issued to you each year on the anniversary of your Gold or Platinum MyHealth membership for you to give to someone as a gift.
To maintain your Gold or Platinum MyHealth membership status you are required to pay the applicable fee each year prior to your annual renewal date. Failure to pay the required annual fee prior to this date will cause your membership to automatically revert to a Silver MyHealth membership. You will be required to pay the initial Gold or Platinum fee before being granted access to these top membership levels again.
If the annual fee is not received by TDY prior to your memberships annual renewal date, you will automatically drop back to a Silver MyHealth membership level, and you will be required to pay the initial Gold or Platinum membership fee before being granted access to the benefits of these top membership levels again.
