TDY prides itself on our remuneration policy for our staff members, which is largely based around your ability, experience, loyalty and approach to your work with us. In order for TDY to maintain our superior position on professionalism, remuneration and enjoyable working environments, we do have set criteria for everyone who joins our team. These criteria can be found on our Practitioner Agreement form and must be fully read, signed and received by us, prior to any work being organised for any new staff member who TDY reaches an employment agreement with.
